This Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions. By using the Website or giving us your information, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Information you give us

Contact form: your name, company or store name, email address, mobile number, the type of enquiry and your message.
Supplier enquiry form: company name, contact name, email address, phone number, product category, location and capacity or minimum order.
Calls, WhatsApp and our WhatsApp community: your name, phone number and the messages you send us.
When you become a customer: your store name, address, FSSAI number, label and branding details, and order details you provide through our mobile app or our team.

You can browse the Website without telling us who you are. If you choose not to share the information a form asks for, we may not be able to respond to your enquiry.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Website, our servers and service providers may record your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and the page that referred you. We use this to run, secure and improve the Website.

Information about other people

If you give us personal information about someone else, such as a colleague or business partner, you confirm that you have their permission to do so.

4. Cookies and third-party content

The Website links to other services, including WhatsApp, YouTube and Google Play. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their practices or content.

We use reasonable security practices and procedures, as required under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this Policy, or longer where the law requires us to, for example for tax and accounting records. After that, we delete or anonymise it.
